Cricket

At St.Kabir School, we recognize the importance of sports in shaping young minds. Our comprehensive cricket coaching program is designed to nurture talent, build teamwork, and foster a lifelong passion for the game.

Basket Ball

Our school’s Basketball coaching program is important for physical and mental well-being, as well as for developing valuable life skills. It promotes cardiovascular health, builds strength and endurance, and enhances coordination and motor skills. Furthermore, basketball fosters teamwork, communication, and social interaction, while providing a fun and engaging way to stay active. 

*Objectives:-

Volley Ball

Our school’s volleyball coaching program aims to develop students’ physical skills, teamwork, and  sportsmanship. The program is designed for students of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced,  and focuses on building a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals.

*Objectives:-


  • Improves technical skills (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking)

  • Develops teamwork and communication

  • Enhances physical fitness and coordination

  • Fosters sportsmanship and fair play

  • Prepares students for interschool competitions

*Training Schedule:-


  • Practice sessions: Daily 1hour 8:00 am to 9:am

  • Training periods: (pre-season), (competition season)

*Practice Plan:-


  • Warm-up and stretching (15 minutes)

  • Technical skill drills (30 minutes)

  • Teamplay and strategy (45 minutes)

  • Scrimmage and game situations (30 minutes)

  • Cool-down and review (15 minutes)

*Competition Schedule:-


  • Interschool tournaments: 3-4 events per year

  • League matches: 3-4 matches per season

Kabaddi

Kabaddi is important as a traditional Indian sport that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and mental acuity. It fosters discipline, sportsmanship, and the ability to handle challenges, making it a valuable part of Indian culture.

*Objectives:-

  • Enhances Teamwork and coordination

  • Helps in Overcoming Challenges


Chess

Chess is a strategic board game with far-reaching benefits, particularly in cognitive development and problem-solving. Playing chess enhances critical thinking, memory, and focus, skills that translate to improved academic performance in everyday life. It also fosters creativity, self-awareness, and even helps protect against dementia.

Karate

Drill
