Parents Orientation
The Parents Orientation at the pre-primary level introduces parents to the school’s vision, curriculum, teaching methods and classroom routines. It helps parents understand their child’s developmental needs and learning environment. This session promotes strong collaboration between parents and educators, ensuring a smooth transition into school and laying the foundation for a positive and successful early learning experience.
Open House
The Pre-primary Open House is a great opportunity for parents to see what their children do at school. Classrooms are filled with colourful displays and engaging learning activities. Teachers explain the daily routine, how children learn through play and how their progress is tracked. Parents enjoy meeting the teachers and learning more about their child’s day, helping to build a strong connection between home and school.

Activities
Pre-primary school activities focus on developing fine motor skills, creativity and sensory awareness. Children engage in art and craft, pulses pasting, crumpled paper art, paper folding, origami, drawing and colouring. These hands-on tasks encourage imagination, improve hand-eye co-ordination and foster early learning through fun and exploration, creating a joyful and stimulating environment for young learners.
Games
Games are very important for pre-primary children. They help kids learn new things in a fun and easy way. Playing games helps them grow strong, think better and make friends. Games also teach sharing, teamwork and following rules. When children play, they are happy and active. This makes school a fun place to learn and helps them get ready for future learning.

Celebrations at St.Kabir School, Pre Primary are always full of fun ,frolic & enjoyment. We always make it a point to celebrate our main festivals in school so that children also understand the values of our diverse culture. Celebrations are integral part of St.Kabir .
Be it Holi, Diwali, Navratri, Independence day, Republic Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, Janmastmi Ganesh Chaturthi or World Yoga Day etc. We try to inculcate the values of the festival as why its celebrated and what is its importance. Beginning with the colourful costumes worn, to diff food items made and many more such things are explained to the children in diff ways eg: enactment, ppt, stories.
Children enjoy a lot and they like to dress up in diff colourful costumes, enact like National leaders and celebrating all these festivals regularly in school, they do realize that indeed India is a country with UNITY IN DIVERSITY.
